Sign-up for our Chili Cook-Off at the front desk to enter your own Chili OR cornbread recipe into the competition or help out your classroom by supplying needs from their wish lists! Every-one is invited to come support and vote on the best chili at AML! Event will begin at 3:30pm until 6:00pm on Friday, February 5th. Wear your favorite jersey!
Guidelines for ‘Battle of the Bowls’
–Bring enough chili or cornbread for roughly 15-20 people
-Bring your chili or cornbread cooked and ready to eat in a crockpot or pan -Bring an extension cord to keep your chili ‘warm’
-Bring a copy of your recipe for others to take home—AFTER competition, of course!
-Please label your crockpot on the backside with your last name or place your last name on the -bottom of the cornbread pan (so we know what belongs to who…and to judge)
-Bring a serving ladle or serving spoon to serve your chili and/or cornbread
*You can either drop your crockpot off in the morning at ‘drop-off’ (we’ll keep it warming throughout the day) in your crock-pot OR please plan to arrive no later than 3p to get set up
